Click and Collect
Magic Garden offers the option of free local pick up at checkout where customers can collect orders from our Magic Garden store Tuesday to Saturday 10-4.
You will receive a 'ready for pick up' email once your order is ready to collect.
We can usually have your order ready within 1 hour.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of purchasing.
Local Delivery in Bedford
Magic Garden offers the option of local delivery within a 1.5 mile radius of our shop in Bedford.
There is no minimum order value. All orders will be delivered in person for £4.
Please enter your Bedford address at checkout to enable our website to give you the option of local delivery.
Our delivery time is Monday to Friday before 9am, lunch time and after 6pm.
On Saturday we do deliveries between 11am-4pm.
We don’t do deliveries on Sunday.

National Delivery
We are a Bedford based houseplant shop and we can delivery to the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
There is no minimum order value. All orders will be delivered for £5.99.

Our Houseplants
We do our best to portray a true and accurate photograph and description of what your plant will be like. However, all plants vary and are individual.
If you are looking for something in particular please send us an email and we can take a photo of your particular specimen.
Returns
We cannot accept returns of live plants online or in store. If your plant arrives damaged on delivery we will compensate you a suitable percentage refund. We cannot accept damage claims without photographic evidence of arrival condition.
If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
